Guidelines for Presenters
To ensure a smooth and engaging conference experience for all attendees and speakers, we kindly ask all presenters to follow the guidelines outlined below for both oral and poster presentations.
Oral Presentations
- Presenters should arrive at their assigned session room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to check in with the session chair.
- Each oral presentation is allocated a specific time slot (typically 15-20 minutes, including Q&A). Please strictly adhere to your time limit.
- Slides should be prepared in 16:9 widescreen format using PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF.
- Please bring your presentation file on a USB flash drive and load it onto the conference laptop during the break before your session.
Poster Presentations
- Posters should be designed in vertical (portrait) format, ideally with standard dimensions (e.g., A0 size: 841 x 1189 mm).
- Ensure that the text and illustrations can be easily read from a distance of 1.5 to 2 meters.
- Mounting materials (pins/velcro) will be provided at the registration desk to help you set up your poster in the designated exhibition area.
- Authors are requested to stand by their posters during the scheduled poster viewing and networking sessions.
